Laugh or Cry

Why do we laugh? Do we laugh just to cover up our sadness? Do we laugh because we want to hide our truth feeling inside? Do we laugh because we are really happy? Do we laugh because we don’t know what to do? Do we laugh because we want to show that we have a happier life than others? Why some people laugh much louder than others? Do they want attension? Do they want others to know that they are free with no worries?

There is a saying, “If you laugh, the whole world laughs with you. If you cry, you cry alone”. Is that why we choose to laugh because we don’t want to be alone?

Why do we cry? Do we cry because we are overly happy? Do we cry because we are sad and hurt? Do we cry just to get attention? Do we cry because we are too sensitive and emotion? Is crying showing the weak side of the person? Do we cry just because we need to let it out so we’ll feel better later on? Do we cry to show that we are angry? Do we cry just to let the other people feels bad? Do we cry just to make a point?

I don’t know I should laugh or cry! All I know is I’M VERY SAD!

If you're very sad, I don't see any point to laughing ... unless it's actually kind of funny. Like if you're walking with someone you like, and that person slips and falls, but in a funny way, like in the cartoons. Then of course you're sad, but then, you can laugh too, because dammit, that's pretty funny stuff.

There's no reason not to cry unless you don't want the people around you to know why you're sad. Like, if you don't care enough to have to explain it all to them, then it's okay to stifle the expression of your sadness.

Hope everything is okay.
