Garage door fixed

Thanks my husband for fixing the garage door. It was a big job and I was there helping him. Now that he has the experience of fixing it, I can bust the other side. Ha Ha! When my neighbour asked about the damage, my husband was so kind that he didn’t want to embarrass me so he said that the door is old and it broke. I love him so much. Now, I do know anyone will do better without me! Sigh ......

Life is great

I wish we have the supper power to shield all the problems in life. But, we can’t and that’s reality. As a 53 years old I’m still learning and experiencing. I often hide my pains behind the laughter, somehow, all my troubles would turned into positive and be forgotten. Everybody, even my children who know me think of me as a happy person because I always laugh, joke and smile. Behind the smile, I’m a different person, I move on and I live. I live for myself. By living for myself, I make others happy. Life can be great if we let it. For you young people out there, you have the whole world in your hand. Have a great life.

Dancing

We’re going dancing at the Japanese Cultural Centre this Saturday. The building is nicely decorated, with recent renovation, the ballroom is quite big. The food is awesome ( all Japanese style). It used to have lots of seniors, but lately, lots of young people are attending. The speaker usually is a Canadian (white) whom speaks Japanese the traditional way. I was told it is harder to learn. The whole building is like a private owned Community Centre, very clean and morden. The Martial Art, Judo, Japanese lesson, cooking, sewing etc. are held in the building. I would like to take Cin with me. She’ll really like it. They have a fantastic gift shop. I think the prices are dearly.

There is a Candle Factory on my way to work. Every other morning you can smell the fragrant a mile away. So beautiful and refreshing. I don't know, there is something about candle burning that make you feel so relaxing and peaceful but if not use wisely, it can be very dangerous. There are a lot of fires that are cost by carelessness. So, enjoy and be careful.

Last day of the Recruits

Tomorrow is the last day for the Recruits. The Fire Chief and all the other Senior officers will be here for a celebration luncheon. The Recruits are doing few demonstrations in firefighting. There are going to be, “High Rise Rescue, Auto Extrication, operation on the Pump, Squad and Aerial Trucks, first aid demonstration etc.” Their families are invited to come to watch. This’s what I don’t like. I have to share the washroom with strangers. I usually own that washroom. :( Other than that, a free lunch with all these boring senior officers including my boss! I have to sit there to listen to the presentation. I have always try to sit with the recruits by the door so I can sneak out. One time, my boss made a statement to thank me for the work I done for the recruits and I was no where in site. I sneaked out before the presentation. Ha Ha! I just like to be in LOW KEY. I always stood on the side when there are pictures taken. :)

Angry at Myself

I busted the garage door after I came back helping the Church on Saturday night. God didn’t watch out for me! Sigh... I had so little room to back up my car, guess whose car was parked in front of my driveway? O well, it was my fault. Apparently, I must had press the bottom twice and the garage door was half open which I didn’t see in the dark (9:45 pm). I crashed into it. Everybody came out when they heard, so embarrassed. Somehow, my poor husband always has to fix my mistakes. Why am I so stupid!
