I’m SICK! Have been away from work for three days with a cold and I’m still SICK! Stuff myself with vitamin C. Can’t BREATH! My nose is like a water tap! HELP!!!!

How sweet!
“I was dancing, with my darling, to a Tennessee waltz ……..” exactly as the song described and so much into it, this couple came charging toward us with no hesitation. My back was facing them so I wouldn’t know to avoid him , Mr. G knew he was going to crash onto me so he held on to me tight and pull me close to him and we avoided the accident. It was so sweet of him to protect me and I felt so IN LOVED! Now, I don’t mind dancing on a crowded floor. Hee hee!

Cabbage Soup Diet 7 Day Plan

Yeah!!!! Today is Day 1 – Drink all the soup I want all day and fruits except banana and unsweetened juice, tea and water. Tonight will be the real testing point on my will power. They offer hot meal, desserts and I will be sitting there eating my soup and fruits at the Club!!! :( I don't know how many pounds that I'm suppose to loss, I guess until I don't see the spare tire on my waist. Got to make sure I can fit into this new dress that I'm going to wear on New Year Eve! Pretty, pretty dress!!

Here today, gone tomorrow!

My husband and I had a life threatening experience two weeks ago. As we were driving, the car in front of us waited for the longest time, then, made a last minute left turn. My husband thought he waited for the light to turn yellow, so he followed right after him not knowing that the light was still green. After he turned he took his time to go. It was his false for not checking before turning. I told him to step on the gas because cars were coming and we were in the middle of the intersection. He got frighten, instead of stepping on the gas and stepped on the brake. We were in a dead stop for a second or so, then he stepped on the gas and we escaped from an accident. I find my husband is not a good driver any more. His careless attention could have changed our life forever! Now that I look back, should I not say anything? I strongly believe they should re-test the driver licence when over 60 and every 5 years after.

Mississauga Train Derailment
Twenty five years ago a CP train carrying six dangerous ingredients derailed. There was a massive explosion and within two hours residents were evacuated. In total, 218,000 people were asked to leave their homes.
I remember that day as of yesterday. We gave Cin a birthday party with all her friends at noon. We lived in an apartment on the eleven floor. Cin looked out the window and told us there was something strange far away. I looked and saw the fire not too far away from us not knowing where. In less than 15 minutes, there was a knock on the door and asked everybody to evacuated out of the area. Well, we had to send the kids home, luckily the parents were there. Now, my husband had to decide where we were going. We packed some clothes and phoned my brother who lived in Brampton at that time to stay at their house. My brother was a senior management at Proco and they made those tanks that the train was carried. We were out of the apartment for 2 weeks because of the dangerous ingredients that was leaked out. When we got back, we were told to check all the clothes, food had to be destroyed, had to drink bottle water for awhile. Thank God it was on a weekend and everybody was home. Later on, we found out the incident occurred two miles away from us. Something in life that we’ll never forget!
