Last but not Least

Guess where we hung out this weekend? Rona! Yeah! We were there early in the morning, picking out lumber for the bridge. G worked on it all weekend in the garage and it is pretty well taking shape. By the speed he is going, it might be ready in two weeks. We had to put a net on top of the pond because of that damn cat in the neighbour hood. I lost 20 fish so far. HATE CATS!!! I think I’ll take out my BB gun and settle this once for all.

Battle with the Fall II

Well, it’s finally done. G realized that he couldn't able to control the water float, the valve did control the waterfall’s float but the pressure release at the bottom of the pond, therefore, the shut-off valve is gone. He spent so much time on it. G doesn’t want to buy a lower pressure pump because he spent dear money on the existing one already. We just hope to see the lilies would flower! Any engineers out there have some brainstorm ideas that can offer us?? He still has to finish it off the path way around the pond this weekend.

Battle With The Fall

Gee was having a hard time with the waterfall. He has to drill holes on the tube but it is easy said than done. G ended up buying another one and had to drill out the exact measurement for the holes. He got all wet as he was testing it, by 2 pm, G was all tucker out. Now, we need a shut-off valve to control the water float because it was coming out like a Niagara Falls. The water lilies do not like strong movement otherwise they will not flower. Next week will be another battle with the Fall!
